Emerald's 5-Step + Grub Control Lawn Care Program includes the following seasonal treatments:
Early Spring
We apply granular fertilizer to give your lawn an early boost, pre-emergent crabgrass control to prevent unwanted crabgrass, and broadleaf weed control as needed to target early spring weeds.
Spring
Our spring application includes granular fertilizer to support strong growth and broadleaf weed control as needed to maintain a weed-free lawn.
Early Summer with Grub Control
During early summer, we combine two treatments in a single visit to maximize efficiency and results:

We apply granular fertilizer to sustain healthy growth, broadleaf weed control as needed, and post-crabgrass control as needed to address any breakthrough.
Grub Control
Applied during the same visit, our preventative season-long lawn treatment for white grubs creates a protective barrier that safeguards your lawn's root system from damage throughout the season. This strategic timing ensures protection before grubs begin their destructive feeding cycle.
Summer
The summer application includes granular fertilizer to help lawns withstand summer stress, broadleaf weed control as needed, and post-crabgrass control as needed.
Fall
Our fall treatment includes granular fertilizer to strengthen roots for winter and broadleaf weed control as needed.
