How To Accept Your Proposal

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open the email we sent you and click the big link that says "Click here to view your proposal."
2. Review the proposal. Make sure your name, service address, and contact details are correct.
3. Look through the recommended services and make sure they align with your request and your property's needs.
4. Scroll to the bottom to review the terms and dates.
5. Click the blue button that says "Click here to sign estimate." A signature box will pop up.
6. Use your mouse or finger to draw your signature.
7. Right below that, is a box to print your name. Click on the little box, type your name, and click save.
8. A new red button labeled "Accept Proposal" will appear. Click that to confirm your acceptance.
9. Stay on the page for about 3 to 7 seconds as the system processes your acceptance. You'll then see a confirmation message.
10. Once you receive your confirmation, you're all set! Shortly after, you'll get a confirmation email with the next steps or billing details.
